3 BLADE "Cruiser" VARIABLE PITCH IN FLIGHT
Three-blade propeller with variable pitch in flight composed of carbon-fiber blades with 304 stainless steel armor directly printed in one piece, made of Autoclaves, the most advanced technique for laminating composite materials.
Aluminum hub machined from die-casting, then worked with CNC machines, anodized finish for greater resistance to external agents such as corrosion.
The rotation of the blades is completely on bearings.
The transmission of the movement iscontrolled by an electric motor.
The propeller is equipped with different safety systems to prevent extra rotations of the blade pitch, including:
-Micro end of stroke, which intervene at minimum and maximum pitch set WITHOUT any type of mechanical effort on the part of the components.
-Fine stroke Mechanics that prevent an extra rotation both at minimum and maximum pitch in the event of micro-electric fault.
-Instrument that in the case identifies an absorption greater than that allowed, it removes current to the electric motor.
